Public Education & Emergency Medical Services

The Norwood Park Fire Protection District is dedicated to fire and life safety education for all age groups. The district offers a wide range of programs in addition to school visits and events. Since 1999 we have had firefighters trained in child passenger safety and the installation of car seats for new parents. Whether you're looking for a Cub Scout merit badge, a senior citizen program, or CPR and First Aid training, we have a program that can help you. Examples of some of our regular public education activities are listed below, call us and find out how we can help you be fire safe!
